Role description for Technical Manager Posts SA Youth 

  • Collection of feedback regarding quality of products, fault report/result and follow up and follow through. Market quality management.
  • To train new employees of service centre and call centre personnel in technical knowledge of devices
  • Product knowledge training, skills improvement & organize training and tests
  • Support outsource repair centre, authorized service centre & official service centre with technical supports
  • Monitor maintenance skills, anti-static protective & maintenance tools & guide
  • Monitor and analyse report of return from store visits and survey
  • Cooperation with headquarters and finish HQ designated tasks
  • Responsible for the assessment results
  • Approval of Aftersales tools and monitor test results
  • Market survey, maintain good business relationship with stakeholders

Role requirement for Technical Manager Posts SA Youth 

  • Relevant qualifications or certificate
  • Minimum +3 years’ experience in technical support and management role in telecommunication industry
  • Practical experience in technical support and testing field in Aftersales
  • Advance in Microsoft suit, especially Excel skills (VLOOKUP )
  • Excellent repair and trouble shooting skills in mobile devices
  • Minimum 2 year training experience in Aftersale field
  • Understanding the importance of quality in service
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Enthusiastic and patience to meet customer satisfaction
  • A strong sense of responsibility, team spirit and cooperative culture and behaviour
  • Open minded, working well under pressure
  • Strong dispute resolution and able to handle criticism in a positive manner
  • Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines required by headquarters and HOD
  • Flexible to travel national wide if required and requested
  • Ad-Hoc duties and project as and when required
