There are many PRC-regulated tests that enable you to become a Certified Public Accountant. One of them is the Certified Public Accountant Licensure Exam (CPALE).
The most recent CPALE exam was conducted in May 2022, with a total of 4,442 examinees from 447 regions. While Jhoone Cyrelle Dela Cruz Nacario placed top in the examinations, earning 88.83% of the possible points, 990 out of 4,442 (22.29%) barely passed.
In the December 2021 CPALE, 318 out of 1,454 examinees (21.87%) passed. There were no eligible high scorers or top-performing schools.
On the CPALE, this is an example of a badly phrased statement. During the CPALE in October 2021, 361 out of 2,367 (15.25%) examinees passed, however no top-notchers or top-performing schools were registered.
The October 2019 Civil Service Professional Licensure Exam (CPALE) had 14,492 out of 49,990 candidates pass. Justine Louie Bautista Santiago of the University of Santo Tomas took first place in the tests with a score of 90.33%, followed by Marlou Borbon Alinsonorin of the University of San Carlos with an 89.67%. University of the Philippines – Diliman was the lone institution on the list of best performing schools, with an overall passing percentage of 84.21%.
De La Salle University-Manila leads the way in the most recent cohort of high school graduates. They had 1,699 out of 10,319 (16.5%) high school graduates with a rating of 89.83%.
The second highest high school was DLSU-Manila, with 2,438 out of 8,520 or 23%, followed by Father Saturnin Montinola Memorial College Manila, which had 777 out of 6,080 or 16.25% high school graduates and finished third overall.
