Ihefu FC is a football team from Mbeya Tanzania with its headquarters situated in Ubaruku Mbarali,

In 2012, Ihefu FC was established. It struggled to compete in the SDL and FDL, but it was able to be promoted in 2019 after placing second in group A of the FDL and competing in a playoff match against Mbao Fc. Ihefu defeated Mbao in the first leg by a score of two to none (2 – 1) on their home field.

In the return leg, they defeated Mbao by a score of four to two, bringing the overall score to 4-4 and allowing Ihefu to move up the ladder with the advantage of away goals.

It competed in the Tanzania Premier League during the 2020/21 campaign but was demoted after finishing in 17th place with 35 points from 34 games, winning nine, drawing eight, and losing 17 games while tallying 22 goals and giving up 41 goals.

Four members of the team—Ihefu Sc, Gwambina Fc, JKT Tanzania Fc, and Mwadui Fc—were demoted during that campaign.
