Njuweni Institute of Hotel Catering and Tourism Management is one of the finest hospitality training institutions in Tanzania.
In the past 17 years, Njuweni Institute has been involved in providing hospitality training to Tanzanians, who have employed people in various establishments or set up their own businesses. This has contributed significantly to social development.
At present, Njuweni Institute offers Certificates, Diplomas, and other courses in hotel and tourism operations that provide professional knowledge, skills, and customer behavior and attitude alteration.
The institute located 40 km west of Dar es Salaam on the main road to Morogoro, within Kibaha Township, Coast Region.

The Institute conducts different short and long courses. The Short courses duration vary from two months to nine months

The long Courses ( two years duration)

- Diploma in food and beverage production and service NTA Level 5-6
- Diploma in Room Division NTA Level 5-6
- Diploma in tourism and travel studies NTA Level 5-6
